Complete Analysis
The Complete Analysis option runs system integrity checks on all the key data files to confirm that the summary total stored in one file equals the sum of the detail transactions used to calculate the summary balance. If any problems are encountered, a detail report is printed which is used by the Net•Yield technician to correct the discrepancy. The user can print or e-mail the Net•Yield Support Department directly if a system integrity is found.
The data integrity check can be run as part of the Close End of Day (EOD) process or run manually from the menu. It is recommended that the check data integrity be run as part of the EOD process and any reports generated be printed from the Print End of Day option and sent to the Net•Yield Support Department immediately. The integrity reports will also be emailed directly to the Net•Yield Support Department when generated during the Close End of day process
